Built in 1704, the Commissioner’s House is the oldest intact naval building in the country. The house was home to the resident Royal Navy Commissioner and is an asset to the history, culture and significance of the Dockyard. The building is currently undergoing extensive restoration works to safeguard an irreplaceable piece of history, ensuring that it continues to educate and inspire for generations to come. The day will start with a visit to the Commissioner’s House with rooftop tour, followed by lunch served in the Commissioner’s Garden. The afternoon will comprise a tour of the Dockyard Buildings, and the day will finish with drinks at Officers Terrace hosted by a Georgian Group member.

The event is for members only. Lunch is included in the visit, please let us know of any dietary requirements in the booking notes.
