Wistow Hall: The early C17 origins of this Grade II* house are evident in its H-plan and steep roof behind rendered brick remodelling c.1815. The medieval church has an attractive Georgian interior. Stanford Hall: A major work of the Smiths of Warwick, Stanford (Grade I) was built for Sir Roger Cave, 2nd Bt, MP, by William Smith 1697–1700. William Smith jnr worked on the interior c.1743–5, including a ballroom with Rococo decoration by John Wright of Worcester.
