The Georgian Group is delighted to announce that His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales has graciously extended his patronage of the Group for a further term. The Group has been privileged to have His Royal Highness as Patron since 2003 when he became our Patron in the place of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the late Queen Mother, who succeeded Her Majesty Queen Mary, our first Patron.
We are fortunate to have a patron whose interest in education, conservation and architecture reflects our own concerns as the national charity dedicated to preserving Georgian buildings and gardens. We greatly look forward to His Royal Highness’s continued patronage and in celebrating our 80th anniversary next year under his auspices.
